How long is the rental, and are there time limits?
Events are booked in time blocks tailored to your run-of-show. Tell us your start, peak, and wrap times and we'll build the schedule — including any setup or overage hours.
Are there sound or noise restrictions?
Indoor venues have professional sound systems with no issue. Outdoor spaces follow local noise ordinances, so we'll confirm amplified-sound timing for your date.
Can food be prepared on site? Is catering included?
In-house catering is available across the campus, and on-site prep or outside catering can be arranged for most events. Share your menu vision and we'll scope it.
Is parking available?
Yes — on-site and nearby parking. We'll recommend the best option (and valet, if you'd like) based on your headcount.
Can we add a load-in or set-up day?
Yes — extra load-in, build, and strike days can be added to most bookings for larger productions.
Is WiFi available?
Yes — high-speed WiFi throughout the campus, with hardwired options for production on request.
Is staffing or security included?
Event staff, security, and on-site production support are available and quoted to your event's size and format.
Do we need event insurance?
We ask clients to carry event liability insurance. Our team will walk you through exactly what's required for your booking.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes — alcohol can be served. We'll advise on licensed bar service and any permits needed for your event.
Can the space be fully branded?
Yes — white gallery walls, neutral canvases, and signage points across the campus are made for full brand takeovers and product launches.
Can the campus be used for film or photo production?
Yes — Ironside doubles as a production campus with studios, virtual sets, and chroma-key stages alongside the event venues.
